Managed all elements of the school's $1.4 million annual giving program. Developed and piloted an interactive portal for non-profit phone-a-thons, relationship management, and reporting. Instituted new annual giving platforms including a text-to-give program, interactive media, and automated monthly giving program. Successfully cultivated and personally solicited leadership giving prospects for contributions ranging from $1,000 up to $40,000.

Oversaw all brand marketing, agency relationships, and customer loyalty programming across traditional and digital media platforms. Received two industry Social Media Awards for team’s 2013 digital campaigns. Selected to speak at National Association of Convenience Stores conference. Devised and executed a POS integrated and app-based customer rewards program for chain Organized promotions, profitability, and supplier contracts for the dispensed beverage category’s promotions across all 1,580 convenience store locations.

Negotiated contracts and maintained sponsorship agreements with the University of Florida, Duke University, University of North Carolina, and North Carolina State University. Coordinated key vendor and agency relationships to implement mutual brand promotions in company’s key markets.
